Follow Up Individual Therapy

Service Description

Our Follow-Up Session is designed for returning clients who have already completed an initial evaluation or previous therapy sessions. These 15 minute appointments provide ongoing support, monitor progress, and adjust treatment goals as needed. Whether checking in on emotional well-being, addressing new concerns, or reinforcing coping strategies, follow-up sessions offer a consistent and supportive space for continued growth. Therapists may revisit previous topics, introduce new techniques, or simply provide a safe space to talk through current challenges. This service ensures continuity of care and helps clients stay on track with their mental health journey.
